In my brooches, the hare becomes a symbol of this dynamic: its sprinting, sudden changes of direction and courtship dance reveal movements between play, ecstasy and madness. These hares, sawn from sheet iron, develop euphoric constellations. In this way, wearable snapshots of untamed vitality come into being – wild, contradictory, unpredictably, alive.
